i)    Places on Arts in Residence courses are offered 
       subject to availability.

ii)   In the case of cancellation, no refund of either the 
       deposit or the final balance can be made. Guests 
       are therefore strongly advised  to take out their 
       own insurance against unavoidable cancellation. 
       If a cancelled place can be filled from someone
       on a waiting list, then a refund may be possible,
       subject to an administration charge.

iii)  The Arts in Residence organization uses a variety 
       of venues including hotels and other properties,
       some of which are historic Listed Buildings.
       Consequently some of these may not fully conform
       to the Disabilities Discrimination Act of 1995.
       Should you or one of your party have a mobility
       problem, it is advisable to enquire as to the
       suitability of the accommodation offered before
       booking.
       
iv)   Arts in Residence events are famous for the
       quality of the cuisine. Should you or a guest
       accompanying you have a special dietary
       requirement, this should be notified at the time of
       booking, and can usually be can be catered for.
       
v)    This form may also be used as an Enquiry Form.
       
vi)   On completion, this 2 page form may be folded
       so that the address below appears in the window
       of a four and a quarter by eight and five eighths 
       inch window envelope.
