                      The Chateau

22nd-25th October 2007

Château de Quinéville, situated near Barfleur, to the east of Cherbourg, is a well appointed and characterful hotel occupying a distinguished building dating back to the 18th century. There are 30 en suite bedrooms and attractive views of the extensive grounds. Half-board accommodation has been arranged, including dinner with wine. To allow for the option of extending the duration of the stay in France, transport costs are not included, but Arts in Residence can offer help and advice with travel, including the possibility of car sharing and ferry crossings at group rates. During our stay we will explore a variety of masterworks by the great French composers, listening on excellent hi-fi equipment in the elegant drawing room.
